ChemDoodle can calculate many molecular properties based on the topological structure of a drawn molecule. Simply drawn your molecule in the sketcher below and press the Calculate Properties button to run the listed calculations for your drawn structure. Note while these calculations are performed based on published algorithms, they are topological in nature and may only closely approximate experimental values.
All of these molecular calculations and elemental analysis tools are available in ChemDoodle 2D.
