Support Options (GPL version)

The support options below are for those working with the GPL licensed version of the ChemDoodle Web Components. Those with a proprietary license received support options when purchased.

We use FastSpring to process these payments. FastSpring is safe and secure, and does not share any of your financial information with iChemLabs. All subscriptions auto renew, you will need to log into FastSpring to turn off auto-renewals.

Both the Monthly and Annual support options are for a single customer (only one email address may contact us with those options), while the Professional support allows an unlimited number of members to contact us for support (verified by email domain). If you require increased support or options not listed here, please contact us.
